Soft natural surfactant softens sebaceous plugs and helps to cleanse pores. The water-soluble form of salicylic acid and zinc reduces inflammation and fights acne-causing propion bacteria. Mineral abrasive of special grinding delicately polishes the stratum corneum of the skin, leveling the microrelief and making the pore orifices less visible. Sodium lauryl sarcosinate is a very mild amino acid-based surfactant. With a gentle massage, it softens the sebaceous plugs, and with regular use it helps to cleanse the pores. Sodium salicylate (a water-soluble form of salicylic acid) reduces the contamination of skin pores with propionbacteria, preventing inflammation. Oily, large-pored skin is almost always characterized by a strongly thickened stratum corneum, which gives the feeling of not quite smooth skin and makes the complexion more dull. Natural mineral abrasive (silicon dioxide), thanks to its fine grinding (0.1 mm), does not scratch the skin during the procedure, but delicately polishes. As a result, the stratum corneum becomes thinner, the microrelief is leveled, and the radiance returns to the skin. Oily skin is often dehydrated. The high concentration of moisturizing components in the scrub (amino acids, sodium PCA, deltagluconolactone) compensate for the lack of NMF components in the skin, protecting it from dehydration when using surfactants.
